“From crazy naps and restless nights to a set schedule for naps and 12 hours of sleep at night! Jamie has gone above and beyond to help my family gain some sleep. I’m forever grateful for her and her help! Highly recommend Jamie at Little Ones Sleep Society!”
Mom
“Life doesn’t come with a manual, it comes with a mother, and mothers like Mrs. Jamie Ortiz helped my daughter become an independent sleeper! I am glad I chose to sleep train. Jamie was there the entire process and answered all my questions throughout it all, which made me very comfortable with the training. Thank you for helping us both sleep better at night!”
mom of 6 month old
“I don’t even know where to start, Jamie gave me something no one else could have given me, PEACE! She was incredible from beginning to end, she listened to my concerns and assisted with no judgement and she was always and I mean ALWAYS available during our training process . I can’t thank you enough.”
Mom to Ryan, age 9 months
“I didn’t even know where to start. A lot of research and even more questions. I had my consultation with Jamie and she made me feel comfortable right away. She held me to my goals and didn’t stop until we achieved them. Now our girl is sleeping 11 hours a night with only one feeding.”

No. While, crying is the way babies communicate , each method provides timed check ins.
Sleep training can take about 2 weeks to see FULL results. You’ll see VAST IMPROVEMENTS nights 1-3.
Everything is done virtually, but I am very hands on. Each package offers support and I don’t go to sleep until your child falls asleep.
Simply..the answer is no. if your little one is happy, healthy, and getting a good amount of sleep, the decision is up to you. If you’re happy, celebrate that!
It’s never too late to sleep train your little one. While it can take longer the older they are, sleep training works for those between 4 months-4 years of age.
Absolutely not. Sleep training is simply teaching your little one how to put themselves to sleep and how to put themselves to sleep should they wake up at night (not feeding related).
